As a full stack web developer based in the granite city of Aberdeen, and working from home my focus is in using JavaScript/Typescript, HTML and CSS/SASS as well a suit of technologies/frameworks to create outstanding, fully responsive, cutting edge websites.

Having a focused history within the field of computer programming and software engineering and applying meticulous attention to detail towards web development. I create simple to abstract yet complex systems, software and web application solutions to modern problems.

As a resourceful and inventive web developer I implement simple to complex answers to problems faced in the space of the modern web ecosystem. When working I always try to push towards a standard of properly engineered, future-proof, fully functional and expandable code.

I'm flexible and confident, capable of learning new SPA frameworks/libraries, and becoming productive when working within a variety of industry workspaces. Since web development is such a fast growing industry I pride myself on having a never stop learning attitude, constantly growing and building up from a solid base of fundamental skills, honed through and based on simple yet highly expandible coding practices.

I maintain proper practices to make sure the work I produce is pixel-perfect , highly refined as to be as convenient as possible for everyone involved in the adaptation of the finished product, including optimization for the search engine.

When I'm not working I read sci-fi and paint miniatures as a hobby. I was once the regional archery champion in the south of France as well as coming first in a 24 hour endurance tournament. I also enjoy a good kick about on the pitch when I get the time. But most of all as a husband and father, the only time when I am truly happy is when I am spending time with my family.
